I think it's written by ----Peridot-----. I know it doesn't make all that much sense, but my idea is that Peridot has somehow interfaced with the primitive Earth internet, and now knows that Ronaldo is seeking information on the Gems. She's posing as a fangirl so that way she can get closer to the Crystal Gems.
