Huh! So I was wrong about this being the last we'd be seeing of Pearl in good spirits for a while. Not gonna lie, I was hoping Matt Burnett's comment on the SU wiki about this leading up to Pearl hitting rock bottom was going to pan out. I'm glad she and Garnet have talked things out, though. Their talk about looking up to each other nicely paralleled Vidalia and Amethyst's talk on the same subject.

Peridot's Starscream/Zim deal has been pretty funny, but I want to her to be a legit threat more. Steven's good-natured approach to her given that she tried to kill him once is pretty great, though.
